1.1 Facilities for Asia Digital Engineering (ADE) are currently being constructed at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport in Sepang, Selangor. The work involves the construction of a new parking apron, a new taxiway connecting the new parking apron to the existing Compass Swing Apron and Taxiway E5, and hangarage facilities.
1.2 The following temporary changes concerning Kuala Lumpur Aerodrome (WMKK) are taking place due to the construction work from 29th October 2026 until 30th July 2027.
1.3 The working areas for the construction works are as detailed below:

1.4 Local Traffic Regulations
1.4.1 Aircraft movement will not be permitted in closed portions of the Compass Swing Apron and Taxiway E5.
1.4.2 The routes to be used by aircraft when taxiing, entering or exiting from the Compass Swing Apron and Taxiway E5 will be specified by Air Traffic Control. The issuance by Air Traffic Control of a taxi route to an aircraft does not relieve the pilot-in-command of the responsibility to maintain separation with other aircraft in the movement area or to comply with Air Traffic Control directions intended to regulate aircraft movement.
1.4.3 During the construction period, pilots are advised to be cautious of open excavations, workers, construction materials, and equipment, especially when taxiing on the Compass Swing Apron and Taxiway E5, near cordoned or barricaded areas where work is on-going.
1.4.4 When IAPP is activated, all other work activities, personnel, vehicles, and equipment shall maintain a minimum distance of 100 metres from the designated activity area. This 100-metre exclusion zone shall remain in effect throughout the operation and shall only be lifted once the IAPP has been fully stand down.
2.1 The construction work will be carried out 24 hours within the hoarded-up areas on the landside.
2.2 The construction works on the connecting taxiway and airside service road will be carried out in stages to minimize operational disruptions.
2.3 The construction works on the connecting taxiway and painting of secondary markings on the Compass Swing Apron will be carried out during runway closure hours.
